The location is very good, close to the main attractions. There is also a nice mall, Wien Mitte, nearby, 10 min walk, with a big supermarket. The service in the hotel is very good, the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is delicious. The gym is free and open 24/7, and includes dry and wet sauna. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Excellent location to start exploring the city, U-bahn and Stadtpark in front of the hotel. Nice room, although not very big, but with great views. Superb breakfast with a wide variety, kind and attentive staff especially the lady at the breakfast reception. Overall, the staff was very kind and attentive eg doormen, reception at check-in therefore shame that check-out was not up to the same standard (unwilling lady with an attitude).

The staff were mostly friendly. The room had a nice view. The sauna and steam room was nice, massage was nice. The breakfast was amazing. Very easy to get taxi outside. The dinner restaurant was nice.

We arrived in Wien early in the morning because we took a night train. We were very early for our reservation, hoping to just check our baggage for the day so we could explore the city, but the front desk was very understanding and allowed us to check into our room early. Location of the hotel was amazing, with a metro stop directly across the street. Finally, we really enjoyed the drinks at the hotel bar!

A wonderful hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast is excellent and there is a really large selection of different dishes. The location of the hotel is perfect. Access to the city center is within walking distance, in a few minutes, you are in the center on foot. Across the road is the U4 metro station, which takes you to all attractions and other connections. The room is very spacious. We had three beds in it and still a lot of space. The lobby of the hotel is a real specialty, glamorous, wonderful. We have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel has a soul. We will definitely come back here and we can't wait to see what it will be like in December.
